Software Built for How
You Actually Work.

When off-the-shelf software doesn't fit, custom is faster than fighting workarounds for years. I build web applications, APIs, and integrations that match the way you run your business. Not the way a SaaS vendor thinks you should.

Why Custom

You've been bending your business around the software. It should be the other way around.

No More Workarounds
Stop paying in wasted hours for tools that almost fit. Custom does exactly the job — nothing you have to route around.
Fits Your Workflow
Built around how you actually operate, in the language your team already uses, not a vendor's one-size-fits-all model.
You Own It
Your code, your data, your call. No per-seat creep, no feature held hostage behind a higher tier.
Capabilities

From Spreadsheet Chaos
to a Real Tool

Most small businesses are quietly running on a tangle of spreadsheets and manual copy-paste, with three apps that don't talk to each other. I turn that into a single tool that fits: a web app, an integration, or the automation that makes the busywork disappear.

What I Build
  • Custom Web Applications
  • APIs & Webhooks
  • Internal Tools & Admin Dashboards
  • Third-Party Integrations (Stripe, QuickBooks, Square, Shopify, etc.)
  • Automation & Workflow Tools
  • Database Design & Migrations
Who It's For
Small businesses with custom workflows, teams using spreadsheets that should be a real tool, and anyone fighting the limits of their SaaS.
Where It Helps

What Custom Looks Like

Internal Tools
Replace the Spreadsheet
Turn the shared spreadsheet everyone's afraid to touch into a proper app with real logins and version history — no more broken formulas.
Integrations
Make Your Apps Talk
Connect your store, accounting, and CRM so data flows automatically instead of being re-typed by hand three times.
Automation
Kill the Busywork
Automate the repetitive tasks eating your week (invoices, reminders, reports) so the software does it while you work.
Customer-Facing
Portals & Booking
Client portals, scheduling, quote tools: the customer-facing pieces built to match your process, not a template's.
Dashboards
See the Numbers
Pull your data into one dashboard that answers the questions you actually ask, updated in real time.
Data
Migrations & Cleanup
Move off a system you've outgrown, or clean up and restructure the data you've got so it's finally reliable.
How It Works

Scoped Right, Built Lean

01
Discovery
A free call to map how you work now, where the pain is, and what "done" looks like. No jargon, no upsell.
02
Scope & Quote
A clear plan with a fixed scope and price. I cut anything that isn't earning its place before a line is written.
03
Build
Built in focused stages with regular check-ins, so you see it working early and steer as it comes together.
04
Launch & Support
Deployed and documented, then handed over. Ongoing support is there if you want it — never a requirement.
Pricing

Fixed Scope. Honest Quote.

Every project is different, so I don't sell tiers. After a free discovery call I quote a fixed scope and price up front — you know exactly what you're getting and what it costs before anything starts. Bigger builds can run in phases so you see value early and stay in control of the budget.

Questions

Good to Know

Do I own the code?
Yes — the code and data are yours, documented and handed over. No lock-in, no per-seat licensing on your own tool.
What does it cost?
It depends entirely on scope, so I quote a fixed price after a free discovery call — never an open-ended hourly meter.
Can you work with my existing tools?
Usually, yes. Integrations with Stripe, QuickBooks, Square, Shopify, and most services with an API are common requests.
Is it just for tech companies?
Not at all. Most clients are ordinary small businesses and trades who've simply outgrown spreadsheets and off-the-shelf apps.
What if my needs change later?
Custom software is meant to grow with you. Because you own it, it can be extended whenever the business does.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes, if you want it — maintenance and improvements are available after launch, but never locked behind a mandatory contract.
Do you only take local clients?
No — I work remotely with clients across the US and worldwide. Discovery, build, and handoff happen over calls, email, and screen shares, so location isn't a factor.
Do you only build software for trades?
No. Trades and small businesses are common, but I build for any industry — professional services, hospitality, retail, nonprofits, and beyond.
