You control a T-cell that chases your finger or cursor through the bloodstream, destroying viruses and collecting aminos. There is no health bar. Touching a virus destroys it, but each contact loads your infection meter a little more, so you don't get killed by one hit. You get overwhelmed by volume, which is how it works in a body.
